# DIREKTA

> DIREKTA is client video review, approval and payment-gated delivery software for editors, videographers and small production studios: clients review and approve through one link with no account, and final files stay locked until payment clears.

DIREKTA covers the last stretch of a video project. A creator sends one link;
the client watches, leaves timestamped and voice notes, approves, pays, and
downloads the master. Notes come back into Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or
Final Cut. Every action is recorded on an activity trail, and review copies
carry forensic ("Black Box") watermarking. Streams are normalised to H.264/AAC
for playback, while Apple ProRes masters are delivered untouched through D2D
Master Delivery. Backlot is the AI-assisted sequence tooling. LUMA is the
in-app assistant on paid tiers. Plans are Free (US$0), Starter (US$20/month or US$200/year),
Pro (US$35/month or US$350/year) and Studio (US$105/month or US$1,050/year, with
extra seats at US$18/month or US$180/year). Australian customers are charged in
AUD: Starter A$29/month or A$290/year, Pro A$49/month or A$490/year, Studio
A$150/month or A$1,500/year, extra seats A$25/month or A$250/year. All other
customers are charged in USD.
